Beans with palm oil (dendem)

  • garlic: 2 teeth
  • onion: 1
  • Palm oil: taste.
  • Baked beans: to taste.


In a saucepan, stir-fry a little in the onions and the garlic with the oil palm. Add the cooked beans (can be tin), and add a little more oil palm. Let ascertain until the sauce thick.

Serve with grilled fish (mackerel, cock) and ripe banana and manioc flour toast (FLOUR OF the MUSSEQUE).
