Camembert cheese wrapped up with raspberries and rosemary

Ingredients

  • Compote of plums: 1/2 Cup
  • Raspberries: 1/4 Cup
  • Rosemary (finely chopped): 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Pastry: 1 Sheet
  • Camembert Cheese: 1
  • Egg (beaten): 1
  • Crackers: taste.
  • Slices of Baguette

Directions

Heat the oven to 190c. Stir in jam, raspberries and rosemary in a bowl. Season with pepper. Book. Stretch the puff pastry. Cut the peel top of the cheese. Put the cheese in the center of the puff pastry. Pour the mixture of raspberries on top of the cheese. Fold the dough over on the opposite sides, on top of the cheese. Brush the other sides of the dough with the egg. Fold over the cheese, and then press to seal. Brush the dough with the egg and place in an oven tray. Cook for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden. Serve with crackers and bread slices, if desired.
