Potato stuffed with bacon

  • Potatoes large: 4
  • Bacon Extra Primor: 8 slices
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Cream cheese: 4 tablespoons
  • Melted butter: 4 tablespoons
  • Salsa: 1 tablespoon


Turn on the oven to 200 degrees.

Wash the potatoes with the skin and season with salt. Wrap them individually in the role of tin and lead them to bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Peel the garlic, chop them too thin, add to the softened butter and stir well.

Fry the slices of Bacon Extra Perfection in a frying pan without fat until they are well douradinhas.

Remove the potatoes from the oven, remove them to the paper, make a cut each potato and tighten slightly so that the pulp of the potato exit out a little.

Pour the butter with garlic on top of the pulp of the potatoes, cover with cheese cream, add 2 slices of bacon each potatoes and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve hot as input or as an accompaniment to meat.
