White rice - recipe-based

  • Rice needle: 500 gr
  • Fresh garlic: 1 tooth
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Water: 850 gr
  • Salt: 30 gr.
  • Olive oil: 50 gr
  • Margarine: 50 gr


Take the margarine and oil on to heat. Add the rice to leave absorb the fat. Add the water, in the ratio of 800 to 850gr. Season with salt. Add the bay leaf and a clove of garlic crushed with the shell.

Cook about 10 minutes over high heat, reduce to the minimum and cook 10 minutes more. Off and let it stand...

serve plain or with imagination...!
