  • Whole wheat flour: 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa slim powder: 1/4 cup
  • Sesame seeds (sesame seeds): 1/2 cup
  • Flakes oat: 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar: 1 cup
  • Sodium bicarbonate: 1 teaspoon
  • Yeast cake: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Chocolate (lactose-free): 65 g
  • Sunflower oil: 180 ml
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Tahini: 1 tablespoon


Take the chocolate melt in a water bath with oils, tahini, and honey. Add the dry ingredients - flour, cocoa, sesame, oats, baking soda, and baking.

Mix well, undoing well the sugar with the back of a wooden spoon.

When the chocolate is melted, add the two mixtures. Involve first with the wooden spoon and then continue to knead the dough with your hands.

Put small portions of the dough in the baking oven lined with parchment paper and palm on the back of a spoon to give the format of the wafer.

Put in the oven to 200 for 20 minutes. Come out of the oven is still soft, but solidify as cool, getting crunchy and ready to be offered as a gift for valentine's day.
