Apple cake and walnut

  • oil: 1 cup (almoçadeira)
  • sugar 2 cups (almoçadeiras)
  • eggs: 3
  • Port wine: 1 tablespoon)
  • rum: 2 tablespoons)
  • nuts: 1 cup (almoçadeira)
  • good apples reinetas: 3
  • flour: 2,5 cups (almoçadeiras)
  • milk: 3 tablespoons)
  • yeast


Cut the apples to the cubes. Mix the oil with the sugar, stirring well. Joins whole eggs and chat. Add the flour mixed with yeast, alternating with the Port wine and rum. Then mix the milk, followed by the nuts and apples. Will bake in moderate oven.
