Banana cake and yogurt

  • Eggs: 3
  • Brown sugar: 180 g
  • Margarine without salt: 100 g
  • Natural yoghurt: 1
  • Flour: 180 g
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Bananas: 2
  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon: taste.


In a blender or food processor, place the butter, the sugar and beat well.

Then add the egg, the egg without leave to beat, add the yogurt and the flour with the baking powder and salt (sifted).

Put the prepared in a way round greased, banana, cut in slices and place in the oven for 40 min at 180 or until the test of the toothpick der well pretty clean.

By the end sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar powder baunilhado.
