Bread of Almonds Easter

  • Brown sugar: 1 Cup
  • White sugar: 1 Cup
  • Eggs: 4
  • Flour with leaven: 2 Cup
  • Yeast: 1 Teaspoon
  • Margarine: 3 Tbsp
  • Grated almonds: 200 g

  • Margarine: 1 Tablespoon
  • Milk: 1 Tablespoon


In a bowl, mix the margarine with the 2 types of sugar and add the eggs one at a time, beating well each egg. Stir in the flour, baking powder and almonds, grated. Grease the form with margarine, and line with parchment paper, and make smearing the paper. Bake in a medium oven (160 C) for about 1 hour.

When cold, cover with a chocolate bar melted in a bain-marie to which joined a spoonful of margarine and milk. Decorate to taste with almonds Easter.
