  • Brown sugar: 85 g

  • Milk: 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon - juice: 1 tablespoon

Join in a bowl the flour, sugar and cinnamon.

Mix well with your hands.

Form a ball.

Wrap and bring to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Beat the butter (softened) and sugar until you get a cream.

Add the eggs one by one and go beating.

Add the lemon and the milk and beat it all very well.

Cut the apples into slices medium/fine.

Divide the dough into two bowls of the same.

Separate the flour. In one of the bowls to put 100 grams of flour normal.

In another place the flour, locust bean gum and the rest of the flour.

Sift the flour normal for the cream and mix well.

Sift the flour with carob to the other cream and mix well.

Greasing the pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Put the cream with the flour normal.

Put the slices of apples to cover the cream.

Put the cream with the flour, locust bean gum up to cover the apples.

Put the rest of the apples up to cover the cream.

Remove the ball of dough from the fridge and put it on top of the apples undoing a little bit, to make a gender crumble.

Put in the oven for 40/50 minutes to 180.
