  • Sugar: 120 g
  • Butter: 120 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Juice and grated rind of an orange: 1
  • Flour: 125 g
  • Yeast: 1 teaspoon
  • Almonds hot-rolled: 50 g
  • Candied fruits: 50 g


Mix the sugar with the butter until white.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating always. Add the juice and the zest of the orange, sifted flour and the yeast and mix well. Incorporate the candied fruit cut into small pieces.

Pour the dough into a rectangular shape greased baking sheet and sprinkle the almonds over the entire surface.

Take the baked 200 C for 20 minutes.

Unmold, cut into squares and serve.
