Cake olives for entry

  • Wine of the dry Port: 5 cl
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • Butter: 20 g
  • Eggs: 4
  • Black olives: 10
  • Green olives: 100 g
  • Gruyere cheese: 150 g
  • Ham: 150 g
  • Flour: 250 g
  • Yeast: 1 Sachet
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Heat the oven. Cut the ham into small cubes. Rala the gruyere. Take the stone to the olives.

In a bowl, mix the flour and the yeast. Joins the eggs and olive oil. Moves well. Not stopping stirring joins the Port wine.

Work the dough with the electrical machine until you get a smooth cream. Joins, then, ham, olives, cheese, and a pinch of pepper. Blend.

Bar with butter in a way. Line with parchment paper (also barred).

Lies in the way the prepared and bake it in the oven to bake about 1h15.

After the cold cut in slices and serves as input.
