Cheese cake and lemon

  • Fresh cheese: 175 g
  • Sugar: 175 g
  • Lemon: 1
  • Eggs: 2
  • Flour: 225 g
  • Milk: 2 Tbsp


Crush the cheese with a fork and mix with the sugar. Add the grated lemon rind, juice, and egg yolks. Join the little and little flour and milk. Beat the egg whites and fold in the prepared earlier.

Pour the dough into a form of cake greased baking sheet and bake in a well-heated oven for 40 minutes.
