Pie, yoghurt and almonds

  • Eggs: 4
  • Sugar: 500 g
  • Flour: 100 g
  • Almond ground: 100 g
  • Margarine: 100 g
  • Natural yoghurt: 1 kg
  • Aroma of almonds or almond extract: 2 coffee Spoons
  • Powdered sugar: the taste.


Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a cream cute. Go adding the flour and almonds, interspersed with melted margarine. Hit okay, and engage with the yoghurt and the scent of almond.

Bake in the oven at 180 for about 40 minutes, until golden on top.

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
