  • Salsa:
  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • Turnip: 1 sauce
  • Average potato: 1 kg
  • Cod: 4 slices
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Cook the greens in water with a little salt, drain them at the end of the cooking and sauté with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped garlic and a pinch of pepper.

Wash the potatoes, place them on a baking tray sprinkled with salt and bake in the oven at 180 for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and take a punch in each one of them to open.

Pass cod by with a little olive oil and grill on both sides. Cut the remaining garlic in blades into very thin and stir-fry with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped parsley.

Finally download the cod to a serving platter, arrange the potatoes and the greens around and drizzle cod with olive oil prepared previously and serve.
