Cod with shrimp and carrot

  • put the cod: 3
  • Potatoes: 700 g
  • The core of shrimp: 300 g
  • carrots: 2
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Butter: 60 g
  • Grated cheese: 100 g
  • bay leaf: 1
  • Milk: 1,2 dl
  • Nutmeg: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Bake the slices of cod in water, with the bay leaf and the garlic previously washed with the peel. After you remove it, drain it, let it cool slightly, remove them with the skins and bones, and chip.

Wash the potatoes,cut them in half and take them to cook in water seasoned with salt. Bake separately the core of shrimp in the water seasoned with salt. After you take it out of the water, drain and set aside. Meanwhile,peel the carrots, wash them, grate them for your dates and book.

When the potatoes are cooked, peel the pass-through the pass-vite, add them to the butter, stir until smooth, pour warm milk, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and stir well. Turn on the oven to 180. In a large bowl mix the mashed potatoes with the cod, the core of the shrimp and the grated carrot.

Wrap well and place on a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until it is coradinho.
