Apple pie

  • 6 apples (I used 5 reinetas)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar (I used 130g)
  • 125 g butter or 125 g margarine for food
  • 10 g Port wine or 10 g brandy
  • 170 g flour
  • ½ C. tea baking powder , baking
  • 1 pinch salt


In a blender, mix all ingredients (except the apple). Pre-heat the oven to 180 for 30 minutes. Peel the apples, cut them to the rooms, lamine-fine without reaching to the bottom, and reserve.Deite in a way demountable and place on top of the rooms of apple, next to each other, with the cut side up.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool, unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I pincelei with a mixture of jam, Port wine and cinnamon.
