Fillet of Salmon in the oven with piperade peppers

Ingredients

  • Salmon: 880 g (4 fillets)
  • Peppers into strips (juliana): 400 g
  • Chopped onions: 100 g
  • Baked potato with skin: 400 g
  • Olive oil: 5 dl
  • Minced garlic: 5 g
  • Herbs for decoration: 5 g
  • Salt and pepper: 1 g

Directions

Take tranches or fillets of salmon, leave them with the skin, without scales.

Stir-fry the peppers with the onion, olive oil and garlic. Temper. To book.

Place the salmon in a tray, seasoned with salt and pepper and bring to the oven for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, and with a temperature aproxim. of 180 to 200 c.

Serve in a harmonious way.
