Fillets in the oven with lemon and mustard

  • Fish fillets: 4
  • Coriander: 3 feet
  • Mustard: 3 Tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 1
  • Salt: taste.
  • Flour, Cornstarch: 1 Tablespoon
  • Cheese mozarella or other hard grating: The taste


Bring water to a boil in a pan, with salt, and scald the fillets. Remove the fillets and put them in a container that can go in the oven.

In the water of scalding fillets (if this is a lot, removing a little) mix coriander, mustard, lemon juice and leave again bring to the boil.

Mix Cornstarch and stir vigorously with a whisk. Cover fillets with this sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Put in the oven to 180 C the hard grating.
