  • Gold: 1
  • Bacon: 100 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Butter: 100 gr
  • Salsa: 1 branch
  • Thyme green: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wine: 1 dl
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Lemon: 1 dl


Put the gold in a tray previously greased with oil. Passes-if the onions, the parsley and the bacon crisp for a food processor season with salt, pepper and thyme together after the butter. Bar with this mix the fish on the outside and on the inside. Pour the white wine from the top and going to the oven moderate, watering once in a while with your own sauce. When ready, squeeze a little lemon on top of the golden.
