Caprese Salad

  • Virgin olive oil: 2 Tablespoons
  • Lemon (juice): 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper (freshly ground): taste.
  • Ripe tomatoes medium (in slices): 2
  • Mozzarella slices: 225 g
  • Fresh basil: 1 Branch


Mix the olive oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Available in small dishes tomato, and the slices of mozzarella in the shape of a fan, and perfume with the seasoning. Serve with guarnicão fo them basil.
