  • Corn tin: 50 g
  • Tomatoes, chopped in cubes: 50 g
  • Cucumber, piaco in cubes: 1
  • Bell pepper, cut into cubes: 1
  • Sauce
  • The clove of garlic, finely chopped: 1
  • Rice vinegar: 4 Tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 2 Tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard: 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/4 Teaspoon


Place in a bowl of corn, chopped tomato, cucumber and pepper also cut into cubes.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the vegetables.

Let it sit for a few minutes to win taste.

Serve the salad cold or at room temperature.
