Rice salad

  • Cup of rice, 1
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Chicken breast strips: 1
  • Roasted peppers: 1 small Tin
  • Fresh mushrooms-rolled: 10
  • Bacon into small cubes: 100 g
  • Leaves of fresh spinach:


Cook the rice in water, seasoned salt.

However take a frying pan to the heat and sauté the bacon. Join after the mushrooms and rolled the chest of shredded chicken and leave everything. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spinach and let it wither.

Drain the rice and rinse in cold water, leaving drain well. Place after the rice in a bowl, add the pepper cut into small cubes and mix of chicken and spinach. Involving well, sprinkle with a little olive oil and serve at room temperature
