Salad hot mushrooms

  • Mushrooms: 400 g
  • lemon: 2
  • olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Chervil: taste.
  • Coriander grain: taste.


Clean the mushrooms and cut them to pieces. Heat a non-stick pan, the mushrooms for 5 minutes on low heat. Go to a salad bowl.

Irrigation with the juice of lemons, add the olive oil and ten grains of coriander.

Season to taste with salt and pepper, mix and leave to stand for ½ time.

Serves warm and sprinkled with chervil.
