Salad of cabbage with vegetable and fruits

  • Peppers red: 2
  • Peppers yellow: 2
  • Cabbage: 1/2
  • Carrot: 1
  • Turnip: 400 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 3 Tablespoons
  • White Wine vinegar: 2 Tablespoons
  • Lime juice, freshly squeezed: 2 Tablespoons
  • Honey: 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt and cayenne pepper: taste.
  • The leaves of coriander, fresh: 2 Tablespoons


Wash and cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and the white portions interior and cut them into very thin strips. Trim the cabbage, remove the stem and cut the sheets. Peel and grate the carrots and turnip (use a vegetable cutter). Put all the vegetables in a bowl to serve large and stir.

Mix the olive oil with vinegar, lime juice, and honey. Season to taste with salt-and-pepper cayenne.

Pour the ingredients of the salad with the seasoning, stir and let stand for at least 1 hour. For perfuming, add the parsley before serving.
