Salad of green beans

  • Green beans fine: 500 gr
  • Tomato: 3
  • Cucumber small: 50 gr
  • Sauce vinaigrette: taste.


Bake the beans in slightly salty water, flows well and lead to the refrigerator for half an hour, approximately. Serve in a bowl, cover with chopped tomatoes into thin rings and flour with the cucumbers, finely chopped. The part serves as a vinaigrette sauce, well tempered.
