  • Rice interal: 150 g
  • Chicken cooked/baked: 200 g
  • Soybeans: 100 g
  • Green pepper: 100 g
  • Carrot: 100 g
  • Radishes: 100 g
  • Lemon: 1
  • Reineta apple: 160 g
  • Raisins: 50 g
  • Olive oil: 20 ml
  • Vinegar: 10 ml
  • Salsa: 10 g
  • Mustard: 5 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Wash the rice and boil in 6 dl of water with salt for 30 min. After firing, leave to stand over 30 min. Cut the chicken into strips and demolham-if the raisins in cold water. Wash the soybeans in water and let it cook for 5 min. At the end flows-in and pass-by cold water.

Cut the pepper and the radishes in rings and the apple pieces, rala the carrot and irrigation with high-lemon. In a bowl, mix the mustard with the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, and add to it with the remaining lemon juice.

Mix all the food and sprinkles with chopped parsley.
