Salad with Scallops

  • Half coffee with dried fruits: 1 cup
  • Radishes: 2
  • Apricots: 4
  • Kiwifruit: 2
  • Strawberries: 6
  • Sleeve: 1
  • Scallops with fresh or frozen: 8
  • lettuce variety: 1 package
  • Croutons (toasted bread into cubes): taste.
  • Olive spicy taste.
  • Flower of salt: taste.


Put a frying pan on a high heat, when it is hot, sprinkle with olive oil and then dive into the scallops. Let golden brown on both sides. In a bowl sling put the mix of lettuce leaves. Join the fruit, radishes, dried fruit and the croutons, sprinkle with olive oil and spices and seasoning with salt flower. On top put the scallops grilled.
