  • soybean: 2 cups
  • Salt
  • Olive oil, lemon juice
  • medium onion: 1
  • chuchus cooked, cubed: 2
  • Tomatoes,in rooms: 400 g
  • Salsa: taste.
  • boiled eggs, in rooms: 2
  • Purslane: taste.
  • chopped chives


Bake the soybeans in water with salt. Drips and tempers with olive oil, lemon juice and chopped onion. Let cool and joins the chuchus and the tomato. Sprinkles with parsley and green onions and mix it up. Adorns itself with eggs and branches of purslane.
