  • Hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise: 8
  • Natural yoghurt: 1
  • Mostarde: 1 Teaspoon
  • Can of tuna (drained and crushed): 1
  • lemon juice: a Few drops
  • Salt: taste.
  • Black pepper: The taste
  • Salsa: 1 sprig
  • Paprika or paprika: To decorate


After you have cut the eggs cooked, remove the yolks. Put all the egg yolks in a bowl together with the yogurt, mustard, and the tuna and mix very well.

Then add the parsley, the drops of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and re-engage.

Fill the egg halves with this mix and sprinkle with a little paprika to decorate.
