Begin by placing the water and salt in a pan and when the water is boiling put the herbs. Leave the herbs to bake a little.

Then pass them to a container with water and ice to cut the cooking time.

Before we move on to the next stage it is important to dry the herbs in the paper for not having traces of water.

Put the herbs in the Thermomix, or in another blender and the amounts of oil desired.

Then, pass the infusion of oil to a container, and save it for three days in a dark place to intensify the chlorophyll and look good in green.
