  • Butter: 25 g
  • Flour: 15 g
  • Cream: 1,75 dl
  • Water: 1,75 dl
  • Chicken broth: 1 cube
  • Parmesan cheese: 25 g


In a casserole fund thick melt the butter, add the flour and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Little by little stir in the cream, the water and the cube broth crushed. Let the mixture thickens, stirring. Remove from the heat, add the grated cheese and stir until melted.
