Simple dressing butter

  • Butter or margarine: 125 g
  • Lemon: 1 or 2
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste


Melt the butter in a bain-marie till it becomes like a cream delgado. Joins you with the lemon juice to taste and season to taste with salt and pepper. Moves a little bit, and then it is, well, hot gravy boat. It is excellent to accompany fish cooked.
