Wine sauce with egg

  • Sugar: 100 g
  • White wine: 1 dl
  • Port wine: 1 cup
  • Egg: 2 2 egg yolks 1 clear
  • Vanilla powder: taste.


Beat the eggs with the sugar until thick. Joins them in the vanilla and the wine and boil in bath, stirring continuously until the desired thickness. If it gets too thick, add a little hot water if you are down the drain, it takes more sugar.
