Yogurt sauce

  • Natural yoghurt: 1
  • Mustard: 2 dessert Spoons
  • Olive oil: 4 Tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 2 Tablespoons
  • Oregano: 1 Teaspoon


Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir well until creamy. Add all the remaining ingredients until smooth.

Serve on top of the salad (ex. pasta salad with chicken, tomatoes, red pepper, and mushrooms).
