Oysters with prawns

  • Oyster: 12
  • Shrimp, cooked and peeled: 200 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Margarine: 50 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Open up the oysters and collect the juice it takes to boil. When boiling, put up the oysters; leave for two minutes. Trickle up oysters and retire.

The oyster juice, add the onion, finely chopped, and margarine. Season it with salt and pepper and allow to simmer.

Oysters are placed in a tray, filling them with the prawns and baste with the sauce. A nozinha placed on each oyster margarine and leads to the furnace.
