  • Carrots: 600 g
  • Butter: 1 Tablespoon
  • Onions: 2 Large
  • Garlic: 2 Teeth
  • Sherry wine: 1/3 Cup
  • Chicken broth: 2 Cubes
  • Hot water: 5 Cups
  • Coriander: 6 Sprigs
  • Pepper and salt: taste.
