Cabbage and Beans

  • 1 cabbage galician segada
  • 3/4 potatoes matches to the rooms
  • 250 grs. yellow bean (approx)
  • meat of pork belly flank and the bones of the assoão (the salt)
  • olive oil
  • salt


Put the beans to cook. Wash them very well the meat and put it next to bake. When they are cooked withdraw. After the cooked beans introduces the cabbage and the potatoes.

Check if the flesh gave salt enough, if not by a little bit of salt. When everything is cooked, add the meat to that heat. Withdraws to the dishes and eating, drizzled with olive oil, and those who like it, finely chopped garlic.
