Chicken broth Easter

  • Chicken: 1
  • Bacon: 50 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Celery: 3 stalks
  • Peppercorn: 3
  • Salt: taste.


Season with salt, a chicken gordacortada in pieces. In a saucepan with water to cover, joins the bacon crisp, the white part of celery and a small onion, cut into rings. Tempers with the grains of pepper. Let simmer until the chicken be cooked. Cut up the chicken and let the broth to cool down, putting it in the fridge until the next day, or even cool as well. Removing the layer of fat that solidified on the surface, and the chicken broth is ready to be enjoyed, after being properly heated.
