Chicken soup with egg

  • Chicken with new kids: 1
  • Ham with some fat: 1 piece
  • Salt: taste.
  • Onion: 1
  • Salsa: 2 rods
  • Rice: 1 cup
  • Egg: 2 hard boiled


After you clean and wash, bake the chicken with the kids and the ham, in plenty of water seasoned with salt and together with an onion and whole peeled and parsley. Bring to a boil over low heat until the chicken to stay young. Remove the meat and strain the broth. Take it back to the heat and bring to the boil, add the rice. Correct the salt and cook for 15 minutes. Serve hot with the kids, the ham and a piece of chicken, all cut to pieces. Already in the bowl, sprinkle the soup with chopped eggs.
