Miso soup

  • Miso Barley or another: to taste.
  • Onion: 1
  • Olive oil or oil: taste.
  • Soy sauce: to taste.
  • Vegetables: taste.
  • Green grass: taste.


Cut the onions into strips and vegetables in very small bits. Boil water for the soup. Put in the bottom of the pan with the olive oil and stir-fry first the onion in flame high with a little salt, then add the other vegetables, add one drops of soy sauce, and after a few minutes, add the water that has previously been boiled, calculating the amount previously soup that will want to serve. Leave it comes to the boil, and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Removing a little of the broth and dissolve the miso together after the preparation, for each cup/plate of soup combine 1 teaspoon of miso. Leave it comes to the boil again and off. Serve with chopped fresh grass. This soup can be added rice already cooked, or other cereal, tofu cubes, etc., thus making it a full meal, healthy and nutritious.
