  • Market bird: 1 l
  • Pumpkin (white, patisson): 1.5 kg
  • Potatoes: 200 g
  • Garlic, fresh: 20 g
  • Olive oil come: 100 g
  • Homemade bread: 300 g
  • Fresh Salsa: 20 g
  • Sea salt: 20 g
  • Oréão dry: 1 g
  • White pepper: 1 g


Bring a large pot on the stove with water, season with salt, wait for lift to the boil. Cut the pumpkin and clean from seeds and filaments then cut it into pieces and throw them into a pot. Past this time uncap and join the bread into pieces, pepper and oregano. Reduce the heat and cook 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and reduce the mashed potatoes with the wand. Drizzle with olive oil. Distribute the bread cubes, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
