Tomato soup

  • Tomato: 8
  • Peppers: 1
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Onion: 1
  • Bread: 4 slices
  • Egg: 4
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt and pepper: taste.


Cut the onions into strips and fry with garlic and olive oil.

Add the tomato and bell pepper cut into pieces and leave to cook on a low heat.

Season with salt, pepper and bay leaves. When everything is calculated join the egg and let poach.

Put pieces of bread on a plate of soup and put the tomato soup on top of the bread.

Top place the poached egg.
