Tomato soup and poached eggs

  • Onions: 2 un.
  • Tomato: 1,5 Kg
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Potatoes: 1 un.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 6 un.


Scald the tomatoes and remove them with the skin and the seeds. Book.

Chop the garlic and chop the onion slices. Saute the onion and garlic in a little oil.

Join approximately 1L of water, tomatoes, reserved and potatoes to the panel. Bake for about 15 minutes, and after this time, remove from the heat.

Melt with the magic wand, prepared and put the heat on low heat.

Break an egg at a time for a cup and pour the carefully prepared.

After about 5 minutes you can turn off the heat and serve the soup.
