  • 860 g of peeled tomatoes: 1 Tin
  • Onions: 2
  • Garlic: 1
  • Olive oil: 3 Tbsp
  • Potatoes (cut into very thin slices): 2
  • Salt: taste.
  • Squares of fried bread:
  • Egg: 1 (per person)
  • Coriander or parsley: taste.
  • Broth: taste.


In a pan heat the olive oil, onions, chopped garlic and potatoes, let stir-fry a little.

Add the tomato naked Compal and broth enough for the soup. Cook.

Pass the soup with the magic wand. Escalfe the eggs. Distribute soup for the dishes, where you previously placed squares of bread fried or roasted.
