Watercress soup flavoured with pear

  • Cress: 150 gr
  • Onion cut into cubes: 75 gr
  • Garlic (powder or integer): 25 gr
  • Potatoes cut into cubes: 250 gr
  • Olive oil: 0,05 lt
  • Salt: taste.
  • Water: 1,25 lt
  • Cream: 0,1 lt
  • Pear cut: 450 gr
  • Honey: 50 gr
  • Lemon juice: 1/2
  • Clove: taste.
  • Cinnamon: taste.
  • White wine: 10 dl


Make stir-fried with olive oil, garlic, onion, potato, and half of the cress. Cool off with water and let it boil well. Then, grinding with the magic wand, to take the heat and leave to boil again.

Put the cream, spice and together the remaining sheets of watercress. Baked pears cut in half with honey, lemon juice, cloves, cinnamon and white wine. Allow to cool and cut pears in cubes.
