White Bean soup

Ingredients

  • White beans: 200 g
  • Large onion: 1
  • Aazeite: 2 Tbsp
  • Tomato paste: 2 Tbsp
  • Garlic: 2
  • Broth: 1 Cube
  • Marjoram: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Paprika powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chopped parsley: taste.
  • Cravinhos: 5
  • Laurel: 2 Sheet
  • Leek small: 1
  • Smoked ham: 100 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.

Directions

Cut the onion, sauté with olive oil, garlic, and tomato, and pour water on top of it. Bring to a boil and add the cube broth, meat, herbs and spices.

Until the cravinhos and bay leaves to a piece of garlic French (to be easy to remove them when the soup is ready) and join them also.

Cook about 30 minutes. Join the ham cut into cubes, garlic French in foil and beans and bake for 15 minutes. Correct the seasoning.
