  • Salt: taste.
  • Rice: 200 g
  • pulp, tomato: 1 tablespoon
  • Port wine: 0,5 dl
  • White wine: 2 dl
  • ripe tomatoes: 4
  • garlic: 3 teeth
  • onion: 1 hour
  • Squid: 1,5 kg
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: 1,5 dl
  • sprig of parsley: 1


Is a stew with 1 dl of olive oil, onion, garlic and tomato. Tempers the squid already arranged, clean and joins the stew. Cover the pot and greenhouse slowly. He adds, later, the white wine, parsley and the tomato pulp. Let it load and almost at the end and add to it the Port wine, leaving identify 5 to 6 minutes.

For the rice: in A pan put ½ onion whole, 0,5 dl of olive oil and enough water to cook the rice. Bring to the boil a bit and add the rice. Tempera, drips when cooked and mixed with the squid at the time of service.
