Spaghetti squid

  • Squid clean: 350 g
  • Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Dry white wine: 1/2 cup
  • Peeled tomatoes: 3 tablespoons
  • Spaghetti: 500 g
  • Black olives: 100 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Basil: taste.


Cut the squid in rings. Heat a large pot of oil and aloure garlic. Join the squid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on high heat.

Add the wine and allow to boil. Bake 5 more minutes. Download the fire. Season with salt, add the tomatoes cut into pieces, and the olives. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in water with salt. Drain the pasta and put it on the plates. Pour the mixture of squid on the esp arguete and garnish with basil leaves. Serve hot.
